One thing I realize I want to work on this year is mindfulness.
It is the practice of being present.
My mind wanders into the future often. It’s kinda in my nature being an air sign (Aquarius).
And I’ve learned I have to bring myself back to the present so I can focus on what I need to get done.
With everything going on with my mom, the long drive, work, and everything else lately, it is sometimes hard to stay focused in the present to get things done.
I’ve realized that I need to take time to focus on the present. So I have to set aside that time to do it.
